I am fitting a new oil pressure gauge to my Fergy 35. I have the gauge, a short pipe, a long pipe & a joiner. The long pipe has a banjo fitting on the engine end. I need to know what the details if the banjo bolt are, or where to get one.
im assuming it connects to the block where the bolt is on this picture

Please forgive my ignorance on antique tractors,I am a heavy equipment-oilfeild mechanic.I do a LOT of two stroke Detroit work,have a large supply of engines and parts and lots of experience on these units.I recently brought home a 4-51(not a 4-53 or 4-71) that is in suprisingly good condition.This is a very rare Detroit that was built in the 50's,it is a true 2-stroke,it has no valves.My question to you is this unit came in a cast frame with radiator and hood sheetmetal that looks like...

Hello all,
I am the proud new owner of an old-ish MF 165 equipped with a Davis loader. This tractor has a water pump/hose leak needing to be repaired.The repairs could probably be done without removing the loader but it seems it would be much easier with the loader removed. Does anyone have any advice or tips on how to safely remove the loader? Any help is greatly appreciated ..read more
