I am having a problem with our Laptop and TC1. Using NDI the latest version, I can see the Laptop and shows the graphic card. GeForce 1650. But the PowerPoint is not showing up, just a black screen. I placed the powerpoint on a different Laptop which is the same model as the first one and it shows up without a problem. For a permanent installation in an auditorium I would like remotely to power down a Tricaster 2 Elite when a user shuts down the room via a Crestron panel. We have a fine connection from Crestron to activate different Tricaster Macros via HTTP commands and would ideally like to send a power down command as well. Hi all — I just patched an NDI cam onto my in-house network, hoping my TriCaster would pick it up (all my other cams are on the other NIC, patched directly to a local switch just for NDI). The TriCaster sees the cam on the network and lets me connect. It also lets me connect to the camera's webpage. I have full PTZ control, full web control, but there's no video. I have a Tricaster 460 that gave me the blue screen of death hours before a production. The hard drive with the OS and the Tricaster software failed. We are unable to clone the bad hard drive to a new one. I've heard through the grapevine that if I can clone a functioning hard drive that is in a 460 I can replace the hard drive and life will go on. Has anyone heard of this? I want to use NDI Telestrator on a Microsoft Surface Pro 9, with Windows 11 pre-installed. NDI Tools and Telestrator Pro 1-0-221214 has been installed, and NDI Access Manager is set up. Testing the NDI within Studio Monitor on the Surface Pro. Works fine! But Telestrator is only showing a checkerboard, regardless of the NDI source: I've tested the exact same setup on multiple machines, which works just fine.
