Helluuu Party People! How are you? Can you believe it’s already September? Feels like half the year just went by in a flash! Hi everybody! Welcome back to our blog! Over the past few weeks, we have been trying to eat healthier. We do this by incorporating more veggies and more love in each meal :) Also, meal prepping has helped us immensely to stay on track! One of the simple and nutritious recipes we have tried is the Japchae! Japchae is a savoury Korean sweet potato noodle dish. We both have a weakness for anything 'noodly' so this was perfect! Moving into the new year, it's always good to look back and see how far you've come. 2020 has been big for us in many ways- with our active engagement on Hana & Nat and personally as individuals, we have come a long way. Today we’d like to share our recent trekking experience at the Pisang Falls. The trail to the waterfall is easy, spanning about 3km in distance (around 45mins one way) with minimal elevation.
