Rockford Bands performed at the Northwest Ohio Bands of America (BOA) Regional on Saturday, October 7, 2023 in Toledo, OH. The event took place at the Glass Bowl Stadium on the campus of the University of Toledo. For the first time in the history of the program, Rockford Bands won 1st place in Class 3A and swept all Caption awards (Outstanding Music, Visual, and General Effect).
