Reading articles showing vast increases in annual premiums, especially Land Rover products, I've been waiting for my Mazda 6 renewal to see how much it will increase by. This year, already renewed my the insurance on my wife's Kia Niro (large increase, so had to shop around) and my Esprit & Excel, small increase with FJ. Plus my daughter's first year's insurance. I would be grateful to hear how others are dealing with this. I used to insure the Evora with Footman James, and you could buy 'bolt on' track day insurance for, IIRC, about £60 per day, with a discount for multiple days. I never did any track days so did not take advantage of this. For the last couple of years I've been insured with Peter Best (cue drum roll from @jep), but they do not offer track day insurance.  This year I've decided that, life being so short, I would love to take my son on a driving holiday into Europe and do a track day at Spa and have a day at the 'Ring. The wife reversed into another car in tesco.  Tiny scratch as had a £470.77 claim on my company insurance.  They have now said the no claim is reduce from 8 download 3years!  is that allowed?  That would seem wholly unresonable.  ..read more
