On 14th May this year 2 members of our team, Natalie and Catherine along with their partners, Lee and Paul are taking on the dirtiest challenge of them all – The World Famous Maldon Mud Race at Promenade Park. Many of you will recognise Nurse Natalie from appointments, school visits and group talks and know that she is vertically challenged at just 4ft 11, we are a little worried about losing her in the mud! We will be on the sidelines cheering them on and would love to see you there too. They are getting down and dirty to raise funds for Lady McAdden Breast Cancer Trust, the only charity in t ..read more

This is an exercise class for people who have been treated for breast cancer. Lady McAdden Breast Cancer Trust is dedicated to supporting you with the early detection of breast cancer through advice, education, and breast awareness. We help people how to be breast aware by teaching what changes to look and feel for and we also discuss ways to reduce your breast cancer risk. We do this because, sadly, breast cancer is the most common type of cancer for women in the UK. Of course, we hope you are never diagnosed with breast cancer but if you are, it can be difficult to know where to go for help and support. Our nurses are on hand to help answer any questions you may have ..read more
