He did it in opening the Looc by-pass road years back…. He did it again in toppling the walls of the north diversion road in Camanjac. No wonder he is also dubbed as the Samson who topples great walls of obstacles.
Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo personally led the clearing of the soon-to-open Camanjac-Magatas section of the Dumaguete Diversion Road last Saturday (see photo).
The concreting of this portion of the road will now commence so that the Camanjac-Magatas section will eventually be opened for public use.

The long wait seemed to be over for the second batch of about 250 farmers (out of 500) from different cities and towns of Negros Oriental who (some with teary eyes) received their Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOA), Emancipation Patents and E-titles issued by the Department of Agrarian Reform Tuesday in Dumaguete City.
DAR Undersecretary Atty. Kazel Celeste led the distribution of the CLOAs in Dumaguete City and was done simultaneously in Bohol and Cebu, which also included the turnover of farm machineries.
