The Union Carpenters Action Network (UCAN) helps support the union while also improving our communities. The program is implemented to thank the carpenters who continually give back to their union.  Over 1,100 members from the Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters were eligible for a Grand Prize in 2023. This included 645 active members, 461 apprentices, and 23 retirees. A raffle occurred on April 6th at 10:000 AM where 11 finalists out of 1,100+ eligible members were drawn.
