Hi all, Looking for advice. I currently have a Weber 22 inch kettle with a Slow and Sear and have made brisket, ribs, bacon, pork butt etc. I have a rotissiere and pizza attachment for it as well. I have the opportunity to get an 18 inch Smokey Mountain. But... Is there any point? What can I do on the WSM that I can't do on the kettle? LP Genesis grill. The flow of gas goes from the tank, to the regulator, through hose to the control valve. If I disconnect the hose at the control valve and open the valve on the propane tank, should I get free flow of gas through the hose? the graphs won’t persist. I changed the temp on my grill and the graph restarted. I can’t show the whole graph? Even before that it had reset to, but I chalked that up to me just not loading the app and preheating it manually. Either way, I started a smoke at 5pm, I assume i only opened the app at 6? and that’s where it started tracking. but then i lowered the temp at 7:30, I thought it was cooking too fast, and now my graph starts at 7:30. I have everything almost good to go except the lid bail bolt and nuts won’t tighten all the way down especially the lower bolt and nut. I’ve loosend them and retighten them, switch around the nuts.
