Hello! I am using the Web version (on Chrome) and I installed the footprint Hector>Footprint (which is a community indicator). I get the usual window to set up all the parameters but after that nothing shows up. I contacted support and they told me it should work if I use the right timeframe and zoom in/out correctly. They sent me a video (nice of them) but I still do not see anything. I am wondering. Hi, new to futures but after reading some other people having somewhat similar questions I still cant understand the commissions shown in my trade performance tab. Im using the free/demo account and im trading the MNQ. Every single trade ive done is showing me a $18 dollar commission for a round trip(new with this term, assuming this is open and close). I doubt this $18 is correct or am I missing something here?
