Happy Holidays everyone, I posted this on another forum and here. My MI 6 is paired and programmed to the RC. I listen to the pinpointer through the WS6 headphones. Whenever and only after I add a new program, the pinpointer still remains paired BUT, you can’t hear it through the headphones anymore and the pinpointing screen on the remote doesn’t come up when you want to pinpoint something in the hole…… Only after unpairing and then re-pairing the pinpointer to the RC does it work again on... Hello Group, I lost my RC and my WS4 was on 4.1 so I took it to a friend home To update it To get more functions. We seemingly updated with no trouble and headed to the back yard to field test with a buried quarter and everything was working great... The all of a sudden bad chatter like EMI . so I drove to my home 5 miles away and the chatter remains. My buddies unit also was chattering. I hardly ever use my WS4 backphones. Actually I used them on two hunts with the Deus, the first hunt I ever used the Deus and then last Thurs I gave them one more shot. Both times after a couple hours my ears were killing me where they hook over my ears. First, let me start by saying that I believe that the XP Deus makes the best detector on the market. I will always default back to the XP Deus when I am questioning which detector to use. However, I like to park hunt and in the old parks are deep coins. Not sure how else to describe this other than a 'neck holder' for the remote. I've gotten used to using the XY screen on both my Deus 1 and 2. But constantly having to follow the remote with my eyes when it's mounted on the end of the shaft can be a literal pain in the neck. Then I saw various 'neck holders' for cell phones online. Hey guys so i picked up the Deus 1. Heard it was an all around great machine so I wanted to see what the fuss was about. I wanted Deus II but I wanted to check the I first. So was in the yard which is packed with signals found a sorta blank spot and through a silver dime at 6” and went through the programs and it wasn’t the best signal I honestly probably would of passed it up.
