Talking more about intermittent fasting today. I wrote a little bit about it here in THIS BLOG, and have wanted to explore it a little bit more. Thanksgiving is right at our fingertips and I couldn’t be more excited. There are so many fun family memories wrapped up in this holiday! My mama’s homemade rolls, kids and cousins everywhere, and leftovers! I seriously remember the most delicious turkey sandwiches! We snacked on leftovers for days after Thanksgiving. Working out with Peloton Guide has been so convenient! I wish I would have had this at the beginning of the COVID pandemic! The feeling back then when COVID hit, not being able to go to the gym, was awful. I’m such a proponent of EXERCISE, and so my only option was to go outside and run on the hard pavement. This wasn’t the best for me because of  my foot issues….. implants! I was lucky enough to get my hands on an elliptical trainer for my home. Our family has a summer barbecue each year, that I especially look forward to! This last one, my niece Kendra was there, along with the BEST SWEET POTATO HUMMUS. HOW YOU CAN WORKOUT ANYWHERE One of my biggest pet peeves with women, is when they say “I just don’t have time to workout”, or “I can’t afford to go to the gym”, or “there’s no way I can workout when I travel”.
