So I 3 years ago I planted corn. It was successful, the only thing is that the corn didn't taste good because it was sour. After harvesting I put the corn cobs in the refrigerator where it has laid since.
I was wondering if I can use these seeds to plant new corn or have they died?

I was trying find a print source (like something by Vandana Shiva) about how to save seeds. I've seen pictures of seeds in her banks in mason jars, but I was wondering how she dealt with trapped moisture.

I planted garlic cloves two months ago. About half of them immediately shot up shoots and are doing awesome. The rest look like this one I dug up, with long roots but no leaves forming. Do you think they will come up this season. What would you do?

Some people lay down cardboard to suppress weed growth in raised beds, but cardboard contains PFAS. Should cardboard be used in organic gardens?
“The sum of targeted PFAS in returned corrugated paper and board in Norway is at least 32 kg per year.”
