Weddings, in particular, tend to be occasions where guests unleash their inner amateur photographers. Couples now often communicate to everyone before their big day, to make sure they limit the use of phone cameras at certain points to ensure that those enthusiastic shutterbugs among their friends and family don’t inadvertently get in the way of the ACTUAL wedding photographer! It’s fantastic that we can end up with ..read more

There were quite a few albums for classic British weddings, a couple of elopements – even one in Vegas – and some beautiful destination weddings in Spain and Paris that produced some seriously gorgeous shots. Perfect material for producing a sensational wedding album. We saw a lot of Natural Textures like Linen, Wood, and Tuscany Leather being used for the covers, giving them a cool earthy yet fancy vibe. And you know wha ..read more

The ceremony took place in the Shangri La hotel followed by dinner in La Tour D’Argent. They chose a Tuscany leather album in the chic Marine blue from my Dreambooks Album range which perfectly fit their wedding theme as the bride wore a stunning deep blue dress. Wedding Album for a traditional stately home wedding Lucy and Tim’s summer wedding all the way back in 2012 (yes, it’s never too late to create your wedding album!) was the perfect example of a timeless classic English celebration. They combined a traditional church ceremony with a stunning stately home reception at Prior Park College in Bath. Their chosen album from the Dreambooks range had a natural and elegant feel featuring the exquisite Pearl Grey Buckram cover and accompanied by the stunning Nogal Wood box. What sets this album apart and what I really love is that instead of simply pri ..read more

So, if you’ve gone the extra mile to plan all those fabulous festival-inspired details for your big day, it’s safe to say you’re not that interested in a generic stereotypical wedding album. Matching Wedding Albums for a Multicultural Wedding Raj & Geoff’s multicultural wedding was a blend of Sikh and English traditions. Their multi-day celebrations featured several events so they were keen to showcase them in three separate wedding albums. The first album covered Raj’s pre-wedding Sikh traditions at her home and at the Gurdwara. Taking place the following day at Ditton Manor in Berkshire, the second album features their Sikh Indian wedding ceremony. As a final chapter, their third album focused on their traditional English wedding ceremony. THE THREE WEDDING AL ..read more

A modern alternative to a traditional wedding album Modern wedding albums…they’re very different to how they were back in the day! They’ve evolved to look and feel much sleeker and more contemporary than they did back in the twentieth century and whilst I absolutely recommend everyone prints out their wedding photos in some form, (please don’t leave them online or on a hard-drive!) not all couples want a large, bulky album that might end up neglected and gathering dust in the back of a cupboard. So, are there any alternatives to wedding albums besides just printing out your photos ..read more
