My Minolta CLE was in dire need of a good cleaning, lubing, and adjustment - the meter was finicky and jumping all over the place. Whatever I did, it never stayed still. Apparently the contacts underneath shutter speed dial needed to be cleaned. I did some digging online and people were recommending certain faces, most notably Dave Easterwood in Michigan. Digging more, he seemed to be somewhat MIA / hard to get a hold of, so I’ve always felt iffy sending my precious CLE to him. I mostly settled for using the camera without its meter. In noticed recently with lenses of 50 or less focal length, my FT3 would not quite reach infinity focus in the split prism. When I look at the mount it seemed that the lens not quite orthoganol to the mount. However, it mounted smoothly and sure. the mount is so full of steel it seems like nothing could knock it off kilter if you hit with a hammer. IT's just not quite right. All, Hang tight! I have been very frustrated with the performance and issues here on RFF since the new upgrade to vb5. Needless to say, We have been working and testing alternative solutions to remedy the horrible performance we are getting with the current system. Having said that, I am please to let you know that I am just completing a test run of a migration to Xenforo forum software which is exponentially better than the VB5 we currently have. As Adobe no longer sells Stand-Alone licenses for Lightroom, I am done with them. I've used Adobe Photoshop for 30 years, starting with Photoshop 3.0. I still have Photoshop CS2 installed, and still use it. Some items in ART are not as easy or intuitive to use. "Syncing" corrections- figured that out. Resizing on output- Figured that out. Hi All, I'm usually lucky finding appropriate developing times with FA-1027 on the Massive Development Chart but darned if I didn't come up zero for CatLabs x-pro 320 and Rollei Superpan 200 in 35mm. I developed the CatLabs for 7.5 minutes (diluted 1:9) and the negatives were thin--only about half the roll came out. Does anyone have times for these films with FA-1027?
