It has emerged a baby girl found abandoned in a shopping bag in sub-zero temperatures has two siblings who were also found in similar circumstances in East London. DNA testing has confirmed Baby Elsa has the same parents as Baby Harry who was found in 2017 and Baby Roman who was discovered in 2019. The AoCPP welcomes the Final Report of the Cass Review into the care of children and young people with gender dysphoria (link).
