It is with great sadness that we have to report the passing of Dr Stuart Wight after a short but dignified fight against pancreatic cancer. He will be greatly missed by those who had contact with him and who will remember the quietly spoken, thoughtful and considered opinions he offered. A major new campaign launched on 19 February, calling for an end to the postcode lottery for NHS rehabilitation services that help people recover from the likes of car crashes, cancer or strokes. It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Durtnall on 29th January 2024. It was a serious motorcycle accident, as a pillion passenger on a fellow sixth-former’s bike at the age of 18, which first propelled Michael into the world of chiropractic.  After suffering debilitating backpain which no doctor, orthopaedic specialist or drug could alleviate, he was referred to Gilbert Meall at the AECC college where, after a short series of treatments, all his symptoms resolved.  Michael graduated from AECC in 1978 and worked with Tony Metcalfe at the Twickenham C ..read more
