  Welcome Peggy! She was one of 25 dogs dump ed in Roosevelt and man was she lucky someone came along and got all the dogs to the shelter. From there, it was a group effort and DRUT took two of the 25 dogs. Peggy sue was matted and had all sorts of  stickers in her poor fur. Miss Lady is the most laid back, happy mid-senior dog you’ll meet. She came in needing a lot of dental care that was causing her pain but after 8 extractions and antibiotics, she’s doing so much better and her little personality is coming out even more. She jumps and bounces for her breakfast and dinner. She also kindly begs near the table. She’ll do this little bark, woof thing and bouces on her front legs.
