Hey Girls. Over the past month, I've taken a break from social media. And honestly, that has been the best decision of my life. I am more productive, have more energy, and don't feel overall sad and depressed about things that I shouldn't be sad and depressed about. I am convinced that social media drains our energy. And sometimes, we can internalize certain content on social media the wrong way due to what's going on in our personal life.
