There are 18 different fabrics in a roll which are half the width of the fabric and 6" wide.
The roll contains indigo blues with the addition of a lighter blue,
some reds and some creams.
They are useful as stash builders or all sorts of other projects,
especially my Modern Boro Drawstring Bag pattern.

I love my Snippet Boxes - they sit on my sewing table and I collect
any little bits and pieces left over from my current project.
Literally snippets that are now too good to throw away.
The base is a 6” square and they stand 6” tall.

I also have little $10.00 packs of laces, motifs, textured pieces of fabric and pre-cut embroidered pieces, should need one or more of these to add to your collection.
I constructed my fabric roll on Japanese Sarashi fabric which is 13" wide,
100% cotton and an open weave which is easy to stitch through.
$7.50 per metre.

This is my first kit in my new Slow Stitching category at the shop.
It is all about collecting laces, motifs, buttons, embroideries, trims, etc
from your stash or from Op Shops and adding them to your chosen project.

This cute little pin cushion measures 3 1/2" square and is 1 1/2" high.
Kogin is Japanese counted stitching so is quite easy to do.
The instructions are in Japanese but the diagrams are good and I have written
some extra instructions in English to help.

This is such an easy but effective bag to make.
The Hitomezashi stitching is one of the easiest designs but is also one of the
most effective as it creates a beautiful Honeycomb design.
The panel for the stitching comes pre-printed with dots which is what makes
it so easy to stitch.
Then of course the Tote Bag construction is simple too.
The kit comes with full instructions, the pre-printed panel, the blue for the

This Drawstring Bag is construction using the Modern Japanese Boro technique.
It measures 8.5” high and the oval base is 8½” by 6¾”
The contains everything you need to make the bag - a collection of indigo fabric pieces,
the lining and base fabrics, stabilizer, cord, covering discs for the end of the bag ties,
Sashiko threads and a needle, pattern.
You will only need to add: Fabric Glue Pen eg: Sewline, Removable Fabric
Marking Pen eg: Sewline Fabric Pencil, sharp fabric scissors.
