“The covered terrace is an invitation to step into a cozy outdoor oasis. All the earth tones, textures and nature are meant to be active participants in the narrative, offering tranquility and a touch of design magic. To me, this space whispers the language of the natural world, inviting you to unwind, connect and find solace in the embrace of the biophilic beauty that surrounds it.”

“Semi-frameless” is virtually identical to the old-fashioned “fully-framed” enclosures that were common in the past. Both have a lot of metal framing, utilize very thin glass and are generally considered cheap and flimsy. A frameless enclosure, on the other hand, provides an entirely different look and feel, with thick heavy glass and no framing.

Warranties through Painting Plus are two-fold: we offer a warranty on our work, and we offer warranties from the manufacturers of our siding, painting and roofing materials. The workmanship warranty covers labor costs in fixing and replacing what has been deemed ineffective or defective, while the manufacturer covers the materials used. This means they will replace any defective portion of the product free of charge.

Very important. The garage door is the largest moving piece of equipment in your home, and typically opens and closes about 1,500 times a year. To maintain its safe, reliable and efficient operation, maintenance is a must. It’s a small investment for a professional to lubricate and fine-tune your door, preventing unexpected inconveniences like being stuck in or out of your garage. Regular tune-ups extend your garage door’s lifespan and ensure its reliability.

Originally built in 1966 to provide water to a manufacturing plant, Helen’s water-tower-turned- luxury-home overlooking the Chattahoochee River went through a magical transformation that impresses every rental guest. Dubbed “WasserHaus” by owners Monica and Stephen White, it’s a wow-factor destination fit for any wanderlust bucket list.
“The biggest challenge was that we didn’t want [the cabin] to feel like you were ‘roughing it’ in a converted water tower; we wanted the concept to be unique and fun,” said interior designer Karina Cordisco of Cordesign. “We wanted guests to feel c ..read more

While it is tempting to utilize frosted or textured glass for either privacy or to add an additional design element, we usually recommend against it. Obscure glass hides your pretty tile and fixtures and makes the room feel smaller by creating a visual stopping point. Stick with clear for resale value and the perception of more space!
