Another term has come to an end and it has been a truly outstanding term at ATA. Here are just a few of our pupils achievements this term;
600 pupils performed solo in our annual drama festival in front of industry professional judges and received certificates.
260 LAMDA exams taken
28 awards won at The Bromley Festival.
Wonderful performance at The Hazlitt Theatre.
Two ATA pupils have won major roles in a brand new TV series for the BBC.
Two pupils have won roles in TV commercials
4 pupils to perform in Oliver at The Churchill Theatre.

Some superb Results at the Bromley Festival for our pupils who competed in what is Bromley’s biggest drama festival yet and made us all so proud of their performances. The adjudicator Dr Anita Downey told our pupils that they were exceptional and that she had been blown away by their performances and that their command of language and stage was a joy to watch. Thank you to our amazing drama team at ATA lead by the talented Craig Peters.

Exciting news! Our annual Junior Drama Festival 2024 is just around the corner. We’ve invited an independent adjudicator to join us, watching as our talented pupils perform the poems and monologues, they’ve been mastering during our sessions each week. Every performer will receive a certificate, a fantastic way to celebrate their progress and participation – a real testament to their achievements

I cannot believe that this term marks our twentieth anniversary. 20 Years since my sister and I walked into St Mary’s Hall in Bexley Village, with a bag of fairy wings, Haribo and my stereo ready to start the first ATA class. 12 pupils were present, one being my niece and the other my 2nd cousin. My sister ‘worked the desk’ and dealt with parents and I taught for three and a half hours, covering all three theatre disciplines in one session and ATA was born.

Many pupils at ATA have dreams of going to full time colleges once GCSE’s and A Levels are completed.
We have supported many pupils over the years to achieve this goal by offering private tuition to prepare for these tough auditions. Over the past 20 years, many pupils have won much coveted places to further their training at a range of exceptional Drama and Musical Theatre Schools including; LAMDA, Guildford, Urdang and Rose Bruford.

Welcome; In true ATA Style classes returned in September with a bang and a host of superb achievements and performances from our talented pupils.
