BurgerTime was first released in arcades back in 1982.
Numskull Games has announced that Data East's 1982 arcade classic BurgerTime will be the next classic game to join its Quarter Arcade range.
The fully playable quarter-scale arcade cabinet is a wooden replica of the original arcade machine and stands 17.4 inches tall and 6.2 inches wide, with a depth of 8.5 inches.

The 7-in-1 dock was teased earlier this week on social media.
The handheld manufacturer GoRetroid has just announced a new dock for its handheld family of systems, over on Twitter.
The dock, which will be called the Retroid Official Dock, will apparently be ready to ship next week and already has a preview page up on the website, where it is priced at $29.90 (without shipping).

Earlier this week, the homebrew developer Cursed Bootleg released the first demo for Trick Tactics, a promising new card-based RPG for the original Game Boy.
The demo sees players embark on an epic quest across a fantasy world after their village is attacked by monsters, wandering through various towns and dungeons, gathering food, weapons, items, and money. That's according to a new "leak" from the SDCC show floor.
Earlier this month saw the news that Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver would return in the form of a new graphic novel prequel.
However, judging from a recent leak from the show floor at San Diego Comic-Con, it appears that there may be more to the revival than has already been revealed.

Not a week seems to pass without a new porting project for the Genesis / Mega Drive – R-Type, RoboCop, Final Fight, Symphony of the Night, Super Castlevania IV... the list is pretty incredible now.
Another notable Castlevania also seems to be coming to Sega's 16-bit system; werton is currently working on a port of the PC Engine classic Castlevania: Rondo of Blood / Akumajō Dracula X: Chi no Rondo, which was originally released back in 1993, exclusively in Japan.

Update : Earlier today, Master Linkuei and Edmo Caldas finally released Hayato's Journey — their unofficial sequel to the Sega Master System game Kenseiden for the Sega Mega Drive / Genesis.
As revealed in the description for the game on itch.io, this new adventure will see players take control of Hayato, a descendent of the hero from the original, as they do battle against Yonensai, an evil warlock who has returned from the demon world to exact vengeance on the remaining Dragon family descendants.
