Our last few posts have been sharing some intimate Banff elopements (which we adore), but we also are lucky enough to capture some amazing larger-than-life weddings as well - case in point Surbhi + Kyle’s wedding last summer. This breathtaking mulit-day Wedding in Banff was such an amazing experience for us! A definite highlight from last year was Shaleza + Khaleel’s absolute heart-expanding wedding last Spring. 2022 was such an incredible wedding season and this celebration really set the tone for the rest of the year. The love and joy between these two and their families was so tangible (…pretty sure we can still hear Shaleza and her adorable laugh!) Fall weather in the Rocky Mountains is always difficult to predict, case in point - Marlena + Quin’s wedding last October. The weather came out of nowhere but the beautiful snowfall made the mountains look like something out of a fairytale. The snow set against the fall colours was the perfect backdrop to their wedding day (we always love dynamic weather conditions as it leads to stunning photos!) If you’ve followed our work for a little while now, you know that we’re pretty big fans of Elopements and Intimate Weddings (don’t worry, we love large wedding celebrations too… just for different reasons!) When we had our initial meeting with Tessi + Wes, we knew it was going to be magic! There was an immediate connection and their infectious energy had us so excited - we couldn’t wait to meet them in real life!
