This passed weekend, we met Meaghan and Caleb at the Stone Barn in Leduc to photograph their engagement photos.  This was our first time meeting them in person, but that was hard to tell as we just seemed to hit it off with them right away and talked like they were old friends!  Their wedding will be in Ponoka where they live in September.  I have been texting back and forth for a bit with Meaghan and learned that she really wants sunflower photos included with her wedding but as with any Alberta Fall, it is never guaranteed that they will still bee in bloom.  However ..read more

I have fallen a bit behind on my blogs.  I'm blaming it a bit on the amazing summer weather we have been having and just being very busy with our photography as well.     A couple weeks ago, David and I were honoured to photograph the wedding of Jenn and Brian.  These two are so sweet and love each other so much, it was really amazing to spend their day with them. Last Sunday, David and I headed to Henrietta Muir Edwards Park to photograph the gorgeous Meagan and Michael for their engagement.  It was a beautiful, but windy day.  We had such a great time with them.  They are so comfortable with each other that no matter what pose we asked of them, you could definitely see the connection between Meagan and Michael.  We cannot wait to work with them again for their September wedding! Last Sunday, David and were again headed down to Kinsmen Park to photograph the engagement of Carey and Luiz.  What a stylish and fun couple!  Carey and Luiz decided they wanted some of the old buildings at J. A couple Fridays ago, David went solo in meeting with Tim and Corinne at the beautiful Muttart Conservatory to photograph their elopement.  I was very sad to not be able to be there as well, but circumstances would not allow me to be.  David was very happy to meet these two lovely people and not only capture their beautiful elopement but also be one of their witnesses.  They had a beautiful ceremony followed by some photos in each of the pyramids before Tim and Corinne headed off for supper followed by their wedding night at the stunning Hotel MacDonald.   Thank you so much ..read more
