Greenland Garden Centre Wedding Julia and Jenn were so excited to finally be able to get married this summer after having to postpone last summer. Lake Minnewanka Engagement Session |Alysia and Reid It was so great getting to meet up with Alysia and Reid for their Lake Minnewanka engagement session. Creekside Villa Canmore Wedding How they met Meghan and Sven attended the University of Alberta together but only knew of each other, never really speaking. Sven sat behind Meghan in a biochem class and she thought he was cute and offered him strawberries but Sven declined them. In September 2009, they were both accepted to the University of Calgary Doctor of Vet Medicine in the same class. Fairmont Hotel Macdonald Wedding This summer has been filled with more intimate weddings and I was excited when I heard my two friends were going to tie the knot at the Fairmont Hotel Macdonald! Robyn and Ty met four years ago while playing soccer. Last summer, Ty took Robyn on a romantic boat ride and dinner one evening. After dinner, they went for a late-night walk through the legislature. Island Lake Wedding I was so excited when Kim contacted me about photographing her wedding. The wedding was a bit of a secret, as Kim and Wyatt wanted to be able to surprise people afterward and telling them personally about their wedding day. It’s been a whirl of a summer this year and I haven’t done a lot of engagement sessions because of everything going on. I was very excited to get out to the St.Albert Botanical Park for Kennedy and Ty’s Engagement Session! Kennedy and Ty met in grade 9 and are getting married next summer! Saint Joseph Basilica Wedding Getting Ready I ended up only doing the girls getting photos for Stephanie and Bob’s Saint Joseph Basilica Wedding. Sometimes the groom and groomsmen choose not to do the getting ready photos, which happens more often than you think probably. We did Westin’s Edmonton Studio Newborn Session a few months ago and i’ve been meaning to share some adorable images with everyone. Edmonton Mirage Banquet Hall Wedding Taylor and Brandon have been together for over 10 years now. They first met in grade 5 and started dating in grade 8! You don’t hear a lot about junior high sweethearts staying together and I think it makes for an incredible love story. St.Albert Newborn Photography Meet baby Linus! How adorable is he? I absolutely love getting to do St.Albert Newborn Photography and meet all the adorable newborns. Linus decided he wasn’t going to sleep during his session, which was ok because we got some photos with his eyes open. There are multiple reasons why we try to get babies to sleep during their newborn session. One, when they are asleep, we are able to poisiton them how we want for photos.
