Today, my TV service has disappeared from about 11.30am, error code W02. I've done the status check, VM's aware of the error and on it, and I've registered for updates by text. Great. But I recall one time I made a complaint when a service went off for days, no compensation offered as I didn't register to show I was effected by the error...... Just had an upgrade to the 360 service today on the x3 V6 boxes I have on my account. Before I call Virgin, I thought I'd ask the more experienced people on here first for info. This may be a silly question, and never thought to ask the engineer at the install as I only noticed when he had left, BUT, when I record/plan record on my main living room box, it shows up on the other two boxes, and vice versa. Before, on the V6 box, all recordeings were seperate on each box. Profiles have been set for the 3 boxes, but they all still show what is recoreded/set to record by all three boxes. Don't know if this is typical, but just managed to get my package reduced by 50% by renewing. I am on 1Gb BB, Maxit TV with Cinema/Sport, 3 V6 boxes and Talk anytime. I have now renewed on the same package (the tv and phone packages now have different names) but with free upgrades on all boxes to the 360 service for £81/month on an 18 month contract.
