Hi I have my chromecast plugged into my tv. And recently the audio just doesn't work at all when i start a tv show from an app via Google tv. Everytime i turn my tv off and come back to it there is no sound. I cam test the sound on the tv settings and it works fine, however, any program (netflix, prime etc) wont play sound.  The only way to fix it is unplug everything from the tv and wall, and then plug it back in. I have unplugged and then replug the Chromecast before. However, whenever I click on the setting icon, I've just got bounced off. Everything else are working fine, until my physical remote was unpaired recently. Im still waiting on Google support to actually look at the call requests, does anyone else know how to deal with a broken remote? I bought it less than a year ago, it suddenly started eating up batteries within a day, and today it just started overheating out of nowhere. No light when batteries are put in, but the entire remote starts to burn my hand, including the batteries. I have put fresh ones in over and over and nothing is working. To Whom It May Concern:       My name is Andrew Wissler.  When I try to connect to my Google Home room from my Google Home app, it says, "Can't connect."  Also, it shows my Roku, but it shows it as offline, even when it is not.  Finally, when I click the button to the right of Home in the app. It says, "Unalbe to load:  There could be a connection issue."  I was wondering how this can all be fixed. Hi, After setting up, the Chromecast4K is connected to internet. It downloaded the applications and all works using the remote. However the Google Home App on my IOS device tells its not connected to the Chromecast4k.
