A 27-year-old man was arrested Saturday for suspicion of felony child endangerment, aiding/permitting a child to use or possess a firearm, negligent storage of a firearm and a Department of Alternative Sentencing violation, according to a Carson City Sheriff's Office booking report. Christian David McMillen was taken into custody at 10:02 p.m. following an investigation. The man is alleged to have left a loaded firearm on the kitchen counter of his residence where it could easily be accessed by children in the home. Bail: $40,000.
