One thing i like about coyote hunting get to see what’s in the area for this coming fall hunt
this was an old video. back in 2014 took a snapshot of the monster. It’s a farmers gravel pit. There’s one on the southside and one on the north side of the road and I have many videos and pictures of big deer that hang out in this gravel pit it’s nice to see ..read more

I had this coyote come in several times the night before. After scrolling through the pics, I noticed that the coyote was starting to drag the carcass. When they start to do that, you’ve usually got ‘em………
Another bang flop for the 6.5 Creedmoor/95gr Vmax team, 31.5# male. I saw him coming through the woods with the scanner, but I accidentally hit the menu button and had to wait until it cleared to start recording.

Made a stand Thursday night that I will never forget. After setting up I started to scan and immediately saw what I believed to be 2 coyotes straight in front of me where I’d assume they’d come from once I started calling. I set my X24 volume to 12 cause I felt they were 250-300 yards away and began to play Baybee cottontail. To me it appeared they reacted to the sound and moved into the woods. I kept scanning but could not pick them up again in the woods. Not quite sure what happened to...

We had a good last week of cat season. Ended up with three bobbers for season treeing two of them. Had some nice cats to run and managed to kill 4 coyotes this weekend running our total to 12. Way behind schedule in typical years as the lack of snow has really hurt! Always a good time in the northwoods! Hoping for a few more snows to continue to work on the yotes!

Video is kinda long. This coyote took its time coming in and I probably would have had 10 minutes of video if I had hit record as soon as I saw the coyote coming.
I really thought it was going to keep going to my left like the last one did, but fortunately it turned back.

Dave has been after bobbers in Michigan behind our pack of hounds for a good many years..... He has had some close calls of notching a tag but it hasn't ever happened but we got it done in 2023. Put Red and Sally down on a truck and they had him up and running quickly. Open water in the creeks made it really tough as the shelf ice was bad in many places and the dogs were nervy crossing. At about the hour mark I had the first sighting and shortly after that dad saw the cat as it went by...
