Days after NRC shortens coyote season in an article the increase in coyotes in Dearborn come to light. Also a grey wolf is confirmed shot in Calhoun county. Besides having a lawsuit against that decision brought against them from MUCc, I'm wondering if they realize how wrong that decision was? Anyway here is a link to the article. First spot, I parked the truck just before 9:00. There was a straight line track going south on the road. I kinda figured I was already too late, but grabbed my gear and headed in. A little ways across the field I heard a coyote howling in the woods to the north that I planned on calling to.
