I am sure couples notice a difference in pricing from vendor to vendor. The main difference at the end of the day (usually)? Experience. Experience is so huge in this industry. This is not to say do not work with a new vendor – after all we all started somewhere and I wouldn’t be where I am now if my early couples did not take the chance on me (endless thank yous x). At the end of the day everyones budget is different and you have to work within that and I totally get it! Like many other industries you will “get what you pay for”. Lets look at a few different vendors and why experience is im ..read more

I am a firm believer that educating people on this industry is important and also helps individuals see why certain things cost so much. So often planners, photographers, rental companies, florists, stationers, and more hear “weddings are so expensive” or “you cost too much!”. To that I say: absolutely they are expensive! I hear all the time how expensive wedding planners can be and I am here to break down the ..read more

Budgets – they evolve. They’re confusing. We know! Wedding budgets are never a one size fits all and they’re always evolving. Wedding budgets are something that I’ve noticed most couples are confused about or unsure of and I get it! Wedding budgets are hard to predict and if you aren’t in the industry it’s tough to know what to expect in pricing. I’ll start this blog by stating that wedding budgets are not the same as they were three years ago or even a year ago. Inflation is always changing thus small business pricing is too. This means asking your friend who got married three years ago wha ..read more

Micro weddings have recently become a super popular option for brides and grooms since the pandemic has been bringing in restrictions and reducing the amount of people who can father in one spot. A micro wedding is a more personal way to celebrate your day with your loved ones! SMALLER GUEST LIST A smaller guest list is a bonus for a number of reasons! It cuts costs ..read more
