February is the indoor cycling month, and the way for Gracia to celebrate it is visiting two countries during this month. Her first visit was to Mexico, where she could lead model training for kids between 7 and 15 years old in the capital city of this country. Last year at the UCI Indoor Cycling World Championship, Ghana showed its flag on the sport hall of the Belgium city. Patrick Dennis live in this country for 13 years now, his cousin was born in Belgium, and they were playing as reserve players for Belgium. Las years they decided to play for their home country Ghana, such a great surprise to have Ghana at the World Championship within 23 other countries.

In December 2022, the first “Training Cycling Camp” was held in Bangkok. In Thailand, there are some cycle-ball players who have formed the “Thailand Indoor Cycling Club”, but they lack any support from the Thai Cycling Federation. Therefore, we brought 6 cycle-ball bikes to Thailand in advance, goals and boards were purchased on our own initiative. Since the recreational activities are allowed again after the long lockdown, the training sessions in Rwanda started again. It was not easy at the beginning to get all the kids together again, because many moved away. And after almost two years of not being able to train, they pretty much had to start from scratch again. The kids are so hardworking and always train as much as they can, so that they can participate in competitions soon.

Athletes from seven nations took part in the 20th Bokoder Cup.
