Hi, I have Dell XPS L321X with windows 7 professional. I have created a Windows 10 bootable USB using Rufus. I want to reset my laptop and install windows 10 using this USB. The windows 10 installer is not booting up with the USB. I have USB storage device selected on boot priority order. I receive the message "Operation System not found" during usb boot. On my 8 year-old Dell desktop running W7, I have many critical documents and folders and an e-mail system called OE Classic that contains tons of critical e-mails and attachments. When trying to open Adobe PDF Reader today I received an error message "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing". Googled it and ran a repair through Win 7 Programs "repair" to no avail. Hi, I had a 120GB SSD in my PC and it was almost full up, so I cloned the SSD to a 1TB Patriot P210 SSD. I then removed the old 120GB SSD from the PC and put the 1TB one in its place.
