Yesterday I got my first fly trap since the '70s (grocery store plant). It is small and in a 2" plastic pot. I'm going to put it in something larger to give it room to grow.
A couple questions:
Can the pot be too big?
It already caught an annoying basement fly. Should I wait until it reopens to repot?

I bought this venus 1 month ago and it has grown a strange plant in the center. Every day is bigger and bigger and obviously it’s not a trap haha it is another kind of plant?

Hi! I’ve had some traps planted for about 3 weeks now. I used Miracle Gro perlite, and I just learned that I shouldn’t have. I ordered a bunch of new plants last night and some 50/50 soil mix. Will my current traps survive another 2-3 weeks in the current conditions or should I try and repot them as soon as I can?

This flower was doing great, but something happend and the central part got damaged somehow. Will it just die out?
And how looks the general health of the plant?
