The OP plants would be crosses and should be labeled as such. In that case, they are not governed by the CITES regulation. The alabamensis x self would still be alabamensis and would be restricted.

I would really be interested in getting some seeds from you. Those capes are just beautiful, I’ll post pictures in the posts of the plants once they are large enough to post about.

I'm sorry, but I don't have any seeds left. I sent the seeds I got to the seed bank last week. Hopefully they'll be available this coming month.
So in short, if you want seeds, you'll probably have to get them from the seed bank.
If you (or anyone else) does end up getting seeds from the bank, I would certainly love to see updates.
No problem, I will check it out.

Ah, I did not even notice the OP. Thanks for clarifying that. So why would the alabamensis x self be restricted if they are given away? Do you mean once they are grown? CITES says they can not be sold across state lines. In reading on the ICPS site, I believe it was Barry Rice that stated something along the lines of even asking for postage might be questionable.

I'm sorry, that doesn't fit with this month's theme. Be sure to take pictures though, as we will have a collection theme coming up.
That's what I thought. Good thing I am still not eligible to win .

[I have no yard bog or container bog. I have pools filled with different plants. Do those count?

Just a small correction, this photo is from Capensis (Dr. Eberhard König x (Big Pink x Hercules x self)), I used the pollen from this hybrid to produce the others I sent, thank you friend.
