Season One Finale:
Feminist Inc Podcast

This episode will be a bit different from the others because I decided to make it an ASMR episode. ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response, it’s a tingling sensation that some people feel when they listen to certain sounds, such as whispering, tapping, or brushing. ASMR can help you relax, focus, and enjoy the podcast more. So, for this episode, I recommend using your earphones and finding a comfortable and quiet place to listen. Trust me, it’s going to be an amazing experience. Are you ready? Let’s go. Hello, hello, hello, my lovely listeners! Welcome to the last episode of Femin ..read more

Fighting over men is so yesterday.
Feminist Inc Podcast
by Smi Adesubomi and Ayo
1y ago
In this episode of Feminist Inc, Lyra and I talk about how women fighting over men is outdated and how important it is to prioritize oneself as a woman. Lyra talks about how women are always sacrificing for others, from parents to siblings, friends, and husbands, and how the patriarchy is teaching women to fight over men. We emphasize the need for women to prioritize their health and well-being and not lose themselves in the process of trying to please everybody. * Take time for yourself, set boundaries, and do things that make you happy. * Support other women: Instead of fighting each other o ..read more

Claiming your birthright: Navigating society's expectations on female sexuality.
Feminist Inc Podcast

Yes, I am sex positive. It doesn't mean I am having sex, or I am a slut. It just means I have dissociated myself with any guilt or shame that comes with sex. Pleasure is my f*****g birthright!!! What said: I just feel women should be sex positive. We should replace shame with fear and judgement with freedom. Women are not sexual objects, but society tricks us into believing we are. I feel like we should be able to decide what our sexual life should be like. All they ask us to do is pledge our virginity to our non-virgin husbands (I'm not saying keeping your virginity till m ..read more
