Hello my future accordion friends. I've been playing a 120 bass accordion for a year and I want to learn to play by ear. I'm very dependent on sheet music and it feels pretty confining. I hope I can learn that here as it is emphasized by Ronen in his videos. Some of you are like me, and learned to play piano, or another instrument, with only sheet music and little ear training. ...one crucial point to consider is WHICH reed ranks (set of reed) are in the accordion... Thanks Reeka -- I hadn't paid sufficient attention to this. Surprisingly, the issue has turned out to be the reeds on the RHS: I really love the Camillo, but the RHS reeds are *very* high, so the only way to get any real bass in the rhythm is by using the master; not sure if that's normal, seems like a very strange choice. ...I fell in love with the triple musette, MMM...
