Sive Brassil finished off her fantastic competition season by taking a brilliant silver medal at the Championatts de France competition in Paris on Sunday 18th December. Indeed, she nearly caught the winner in the end and only missed out on the gold by 1 second. Sive was understandably delighted with her result as she has only been back training a few weeks having taken some time off after the Senior European Championships where she finished in 8th place. In her own words, “It was a great way to end the season and begin a new one”. Her performance was the perfect finish to Pentathlon Ireland ..read more
