Back in 2022, we reported on the murder of Julio Gonzalez at the Aladdin Motel in Miami Springs.  According to Miami-Dade Police, Gonzalez was killed at the Aladdin Hotel located at 901 South Royal Poinciana Boulevard in Miami Springs on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at approximately 9:30 am. Now, after 17 months, police have arrested Jimmy Sanchez and charged him with first degree murder.  Sanchez is being held at TGK with no bond. A gorgeous three days in Miami Springs combined with a record sized crowd, amazing vendors, great music, beautiful cars, and most importantly, wonderful people led to one of the best River Cities Festivals I’ve ever seen.
