Help, Upgraded to V360, the upgrade went fine. Did it to get Disney+ as we watch a lot of K-Drama and Disney are starting to do it. We like to watch with Korean audio and English subtitles. Simple enough you would think. On my laptop and Ipad I can select the little box that appears top right when playing a show. I get the full choice of language and subtitle options down the screen and can select what I want. On the V360 box, when I select the little box, three option boxes appear... Read more ..read more

Has anyone run 25-30m for coaxial cables and is there any specific product... Read more ..read more

V+ Connection Queries: The V+ box, should be installed by the engineering staff of virgin's installation dept. However, it seems that they often are not trained, or experienced in the use of V+ connections. As such I hope this sticky will be a list of valid methods, and fault finding advice. There are numerous ways this box can be connected to a TV, or existing AV system, but in my experience, if possible it Is best to install it in the most simple manner... Read more ..read more
