Cornerback L'Jarius Sneed has officially played his final snap for the Kansas City Chiefs. The Super Bowl champs are finalizing a trade that will send Sneed, 27, to the Tennessee Titans.  In return, Kansas City is expected to receive a 2025 third-round pick in addition to a 2024 seventh-round pick flop.
