Do you keep roles the same for all players?

For example, if your tactic is playing with a Wing back on attack, but you make a substitution and the player’s preferred position is a stay at home fullback, what do you do? Force him to play as a wingback, or play him in his natural position? submitted by /u/Unfair_Pudding6180 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

The tactic is good, but i feel it just can be better, please give some suggestions. Should i remove Play through the middle and be more expressive? Are player roles and balance good? Or should i set both wing backs and both AM on attack? What about defender with cover? submitted by /u/damiosa [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Do you prefer use same/similar tactic for both squads, or completely different tactics depends on your sepecific players? Cover more roles and create more varieties of players defeinitely helps to reduce transfer fee and salaries since there are larger pool of players you can choose, besides more varieties of players means more styles of plays the team can play, but more tactics meaning players would be less famailar with tactics especially when you already have two tactics for A team. Its quite difficult for me to choose but I cannot resist to buy a really good player when hes is available f ..read more
