My scouts aren’t finding any players. I have multiple scouting priorities and nothing is coming back for any of them. My main looks for players with minimum 2 stars CA and 3 stars PA. My other focuses region scout looking for 5 grey star CA and 3 star PA. None of my scouts are coming back with any scouting recommendations. How can I find players with my scouts? I’m new and idk if I’m doing smth wrong.

Background below but my main question is, during the end of the season meeting, I keep saying we can get to playoff spots in French National, and mid table in Ligue 2 but some people in my team really get offended. I got upgrades for some positions especiallly midfield and defense but i kept the core players since that first relegation-zone National season and theyre the ones actually doing well compared to the new ones.
