We are holding a charity day on Sunday 12th March to raise as much money as we can for Cancer Research UK. We would love for you to be involved. Design yourself a challenge, something involving your favourite exercises or your worst exercises, for example, if you are a wagon driver you could lift the weight of the wagon on a bench press, squat, deadlift etc. Or you could do a 1000 press ups, dips, star jumps. Great news, Boris Johnson has given the go ahead for gyms to open on Monday 12th April, unfortunately he has said classes will not return until 17th May.   We would like to thank you for your support. We have been busy during this lockdown, painting and cleaning the gym, transforming the decor of the power room and painting our exterior and had new signage outside.   While we have been closed we have upgraded our management membership system.
