I took my dual fueler off my truck and was left with an open fuel rail, so I got a fuel rail plug and I cant get it to seal. The plug didn't come with an o-ring so i threw one on and it was better for 30 seconds and blew out. And tightening the plug resulted in destroying o-ring. Any suggestions? I was thinking maybe a copper washer but im not sure. I dont have any of the fprv or associated items as dual fueler was on when i got the truck so the plug seemed to be the best route. Any help... Hey all, I purchased EFI live and shortly after using it (with successful flash) the OBD port starts intermittently losing power. The Flashscan will power down and restart. It’s not the cord to the unit. Following that my engine hours reset to 0, and following that my radio reset to default. The cigarette lighter port is receiving power consistently. Any ideas on this? I have a twin turbo lml with sdp kit on it. The fuel pump was leaking fuel but he was not happy with the tuning. It was real bad laggy and derated. We fixed the pump issue. But rite now the only code it shows is p16a1 for the throttle valve that's there by the grid heater. We obviously don't have those parts any more since it's got the twins. I have searched a little bit but no luck so far in finding the part# for the good or desirable piston ring set for the stock/factory pistons for my SBE LLY rebuilld. The short: As long as I've had the truck (just over a year) I've been trying to improve the steering. It was one of the reasons my father got rid of the truck and opted for a new one. The lane wandering makes it more effort to drive than our two daily drivers (rack and pinion) which leads to some fatigue when we are pulling the camper - the majority of our family travel mileage. 2005 lly here with 308k miles. HSP high flow bundle kit Pcv reroute Head gaskets were replaced about at 250k miles along with new water pump. Truck has been running fine up until last week where I noticed temps went north of 200. It usually sits around 178-180 and maybe up to 198 on a hot day. It got all the way up to 230 when I got off the expressway. It seems to only overheat when driving in the city and not on the expressway. Any input on this will be greatly appreciated. Sent from...
