I have a stock-stock 2006.5 4 door GMC 2500 duramax/alison with 290,000 miles on it. Went on a 7 day vacation, got back and the drivers air bag had blown ( steering wheel) battery was dead. Charged it up and the dome light stays on. Dash says r rear door ajar and l rear door ajar. Took the rear doors apart unplugged the sensors still on shorted them across still on. I need some serious help. I have a 2007 Duramax Dually that is throwing a code P0087. It is only throwing the code after driving the truck for a few hours and getting it warm. And really throws the code after towing a trailer. Code says low fuel rail pressure. I am thinking I have an air leak somewhere. My 2021 duramax exhaust brake does not seem to be working, will not slow down. Im also having to push on the brake extremly hard to stop. Having the pads changed as we speak. 1984 GMC High Sierra Cooper Yukon dually 6.2L 3500 diesel so, i used the truck and was running great parked it for the night went out the next morning and the glow plug light was not working. not knowing much about diesel i still tried starting ended up burning oput the starter that i believe to be original. i have replaced the starter and glow plug relay. she turns over does not start, also... i have power to my fuse box, everything worked prior to the starter issue, now my blower fan... electrical issue ..read more

I own a 2005 GMC 2500hd and have experienced an issue a few times where I have been driving on the interstate for a while and go to take an off-ramp and as I begin to slow down and brake from interstate speeds the power steering seems to give out. As soon as I come to a stop and begin to drive again it will kick back in and be fine. I have only experienced it maybe 5 or six times and always only after I have been driving on the interstate.
