I have recently moved to a different country for work. It’s been a week and I started developing itchiness outside the vagina region where pubic hair grows. I am also having a pale yellow discharge. I am not sure if I’ll be able to approach a doctor due to language barrier. Before moving here, I trimmed my pubic hair. Can someone help me on how I can resolve this? Thanks in advance:) submitted by /u/Popular-Repair-7816 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Ovary Pain

About 4 days ago I experienced unbearable pain for most of the day coming from my left ovary. This isn’t unusual for me when I’m menstruating however this level of persistent pain and for this duration was admittedly alarming. I am still 4 days later having localized pain and cramping in that area but feel fine otherwise- should I seek out immediate care for this or is my appointment next month okay? Note I had a recent pap done in March which came back completely normal. Dr I am working with did want to do an ultrasound at next visit to check things out based on my reported symptoms. submit ..read more

Strepoccus UTI? Anyone else have it?

I’ve never experienced a UTI or yeast infection, as in I never had the classic symptoms. I was never in a relationship until 28 and now, I’m curious what is going on. I want to ask my doctor but I wanna know other peoples experiences. In February I wet the bed in the morning. Had a dream I was on the toilet and went. Never done it before. I did not feel my bladder full. In between then and now there were two other times I almost wet the bed but woke up in time. Recently I wet the bed while sleeping with my bf. It always wakes me up. Told my doctor thinking it could be a quiet UTI. I have abno ..read more

Unexplained lower pain

I'm embarrassed to post this because I don't know where else to go. I'm a virgin and haven't had anything inside because of pain. I can't insert a tampon, and even with wetness it gives a really painful burning sensation. Think of slapping yourself when you have sunburn. I'm not sure if I'm cleaning myself improperly (too much soap?) Or if I just have something genetic. I've never been to the female doctor. They don't have an appointment for me until mid June and I don't know whats going on. I don't have an issue with dryness or anything, and I often have too much lubrication and have to chan ..read more

Can Birth control help bring back libido?

I’m 25 and a mother of two under three. My sex drive has been nearly non existent since having my first. I used to be a borderline nympho. My poor sweet husband has been so understanding but I know it’s straining on our bond. I’m about to start birth control for the first time since I was 15 and I’m just hoping to God it will do something for my libido. Anyone found that you had a little more go in your giddy up after starting the pill??? submitted by /u/Redditulous_Broad [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Hello. I'm leaving for a Carribean vacation in the morning. I was prescribed provera (10 mg once a day for 10 days) to delay my period. I started the pills on Tuesday but my period arrived Wednesday morning. Has anyone had this happen? If so, did your period stop when you continued the pills? submitted by /u/Medium_Building_3754 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Can birth control cause ADHD like symptoms?

So I got diagnosed with ADHD a year ago, I'm 24 now. My most bothering symptoms are racing thoughts (especially while trying to fall asleep), difficulties concentrating, impulsive emotional outbursts and forgetfulness. I kind of noticed that everything started just after I went on birth control 5 years ago. I also started therapy because of it and got diagnosed with anxiety at first. I was a straight A student and in university it also started out great. Now in my Master's, I still have straight A's but they cost me much more time and effort. I work 8h a week and even that is incredibly chall ..read more

I've had 6 fibroadenomas removed back in december, and when i went to my second post-op check up 2 weeks ago and my doctor said that on ultra sound it's visible where that one bigger fa was (like there's an empty space). anyways, for the past 3 (or 4) days i have felt a weird pressure from time to time on my right breast right where that one bigger fa was. it's the amount of pressure you feel when you put your hand on your breast on that side, and press for a second. I'm sorry i seriously don't know how to explain it. but basically it's not a big pressure, just a small one like that. it lasts ..read more

Solution for dry scalp, tired of living with snow in my head :(

Hi, I apparently have a very dry scalp and am looking for some solutions. It's not dandruff as I've been to a hair specialist before. I've been using 'Glycolic Acid Exfoliating Scalp Scrub' form 'The Inkey List' brand and it helps slightly but it doesn't solve the issue. Does anyone have any miracle recommnedation for this? Any product you're recommend that you've tried before? Thank you!! submitted by /u/wild_brocoli37 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more
