MEMPHIS, TN (LPL) — MPD is investigating a shooting that occurred on Saturday, April 20, during a block party at Carnes and Grand in the Orange Mound neighborhood. The balance of the tragic event that was shared on social networks was 8 injured and two young people dead. According to an arrest report, the 24-year-old rapper, whose real name is Gloria Hallelujah Woods, failed a sobriety test after being pulled over for running a red light early Tuesday morning along Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and Suwanee Walk Avenue.
