Field1 are the dates; Field2 are the teams that each agent is assigned to; Field3 are the agent names. Hi, I found the following solution to do a quasi countif in Access =count(Iif([fieldname]="A",1)). However, instead of defining "A" as what to count I would like it to use the value that's in that record's fieldname. So in Excel parlance "=countif(A:A,A1)". Is this possible? I built a query in access that is pulling data from several linked tables. The Tables are all located on a shared drive. The database itself is on a network drive but other users can't run the query because the path specifically references the user name of c:\users\k~~h\M.... I currently export a query to an Excel File and then process it further with VBA. I am not sure why, but for some reason Excel does not like the format of the file.
