IAC Tech Inspections are updated Lorrie Penner Mon, 2024-03-04 13:51 On January 24, 2024, the IAC Board of Directors approved updated versions of the Aircraft Technical Review Form (formerly the Aircraft Review Form), and the Pilot Document Review Form (formerly the Document Review Form).  These are the two documents that are collectively referred to as the "tech inspection" portion of registration. The important change to note is that the new forms restore the pre-2023 requirement that a member of the Technical Committee assist with inspection of the aircraft. Verne Jobst was one of IAC’s longest-serving  presidents, holding office from 1973 to 1978.  At that time, the IAC was set on a rapid growth path,  and this was encouraged, enhanced, and made possible by Verne’s energy and relentless devotion  to the IAC and the sport. 2024 Sequences Approved - Update Lorrie Penner Fri, 2024-02-16 16:28 At their meeting in Oshkosh, Wisconsin on November 11-12, the IAC board of directors approved the recommend Known Compulsory sequences for both power and glider categories for the 2024 contest season. The sequences attached at the bottom of this page were prepared by the sequence committee.
